I had the green chile burger which was amazing and my dad had the cheese steak and he said he really enjoyed it as well. The service was good, you'll order at a counter and fill your own drinks but they have employees walking around clearing tables and keeping it very clean! Fun place and glad I gave it a shot. Place was packed at lunch!

If you haven't been here you better skedaddle on over because your life is about to change. I recommend any burger on the menu. Onion rings are famous and their buns are toasty. They have a sandpit outside for you to play with your kids in. So what are you doing sitting on your bum and not going to blue sky covid is over. You don't have an excuse to sit on your couch and do nothing.

I've been here a number of times; I always order a double burger and fries. I'm a big iced tea fan, so them having a clear selection of sweet and unsweetened flavored iced tea is an absolute treat for me. The burger itself is wonderful but the bun is what ties it together, lightly toasted and never soggy, the PERFECT bun for a burger. It's a burger done the way you want whenever you say "I'm craving a good burger". You couldn't ask for a better place to grab a delicious burger and watch the game. As far as service goes, it is a good step above the industry standard, friendly staff and a very efficient system for getting your food. The decorations? You'd think it was a sports bar which it gives off that vibe, but it is so family friendly you wouldn't even know it. The atmosphere is full of good vibes and the best burgers in Lubbock Texas. If you're in Lubbock and need a satisfying meal, go here, it's a Lubbock classic.

I had a large garden salad with grilled chicken and a small side of fried mushrooms. The salad was simple, but very cold, crisp, and fresh. The mushrooms were some of the best I have ever had. The ranch tasted home made and was plentiful. Heck, even the soda was well above average!!! The service was very friendly, and they were constantly cleaning up. The place was spotless. I would say a true gem. I will eat here during every business trip I am in town.

I know it's a regional chain but Blue Sky is one of the best burgers ever! Are they fast? No, but the wait is worth it. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. The onion rings are a must try. I got the fries and onion rings combo which seemed small. The prices are a little high for a burger place but the food is good.

We visited Blue Sky a couple of times recently and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their burgers. Tip: Even if you're not in the mood for a burger, you'll find a nice cross-section of different menu items available when you visit here. I always enjoy a good burger, and what makes it even better is when you pick a beer to acompany it; Blue Sky's got a very nice selection of both draft and bottled beers.
